Surface 2 Word version doesn't have complete auto-correct??
I have been tying essay after essay on this handy tablet; but I have realized one important factor to my success is having the correct spelling on these papers. Not only does my Word seem to block out the selection for auto-correct buttons but when I send
documents to other computers those receiving computers think the spelling is correct as well (and the spelling is most defiantly not). So I now ask, is there any way I can fix this?? Or is there anyway Microsoft can add full versions of auto-correction??

Word 2013 does not have the ability, present in previous versions, to add misspelled words to AutoCorrect from the context menu, but if you have AutoCorrect configured to "Use suggestions from the spelling checker," then it should correct mistakes just as
it does in any other version.
But if what you're saying is that "Check spelling as you type" is not working for you, and especially that incorrect words are not flagged when the document is opened on another computer, then it may be that the language is set to "Do not check spelling
