Microsoft 365 and Office

Right now, I have 40 GB of free OneDrive storage. I collected them with different promos in the past. I'm thinking about subscribing to M365 personal or family but worry that if I decide to cancel this paid subscription in the future my account will be reverted to only 5GB of free OneDrive storage, and I lose 35 additional GB. The question is whether I keep all of my 40GB of free storage if I use paid subscription for some time and then cancel.

Hi I have IT support and a Windows 365 subscription with the IT Support Company. We have been unhappy for a while with their support, and their monthly fees have risen dramatically. I asked them to move us to another IT support company who would host our 365 as well. They refused, unless I paid them a very large amount of money. I have offered to compromise or to go to arbitration but they will not budge. Since last year, I've been encountering the same issues with all shared folders. These folders were created by other accounts, which have granted me edit permissions. The problems are as follows:I can't synchronize shared folders with my OneDrive, neither online nor in File Explorer. Instead, I can only create a link to the shared folder on both, which requires File Explorer to open a browser window to access the link.Despite having edit permissions, I am unable to create new folders or files. Hello and good day to all,My OneNote app was having issues (drawing instantly closes the app) so i deleted and reinstalled the app to fix it, as the problem could be fixed previously and there was no issues of missing notes. However this time, some of my recent pages were missing. I have tried searching for them in the recycling bin but it was not found, my onedrive has full storage so it is possible the pages were not synced. How can i retrieve my missing pages? We are currently making use of office-365 32-bit and also make use of team foundation add-in for azure devops. But now we are trying to move to office-365 64-bit. So want to know is the Team foundation add-in compatible with 64-bit office 365 or not? and what are all is required to ensure if the migration to office 365 64 bit is smooth w.r.t to the add-in?

I used textafter(cell("filename","]") formula and added worksheet name in A1 cell, this gives correct result for all sheets but aftersometimes all sheets shows either 1st worksheet name and I tried couple of times and whichever sheet I re-enter same formula that sheet names are getting replaced on another sheet, can you please help

When I previously uploaded documents to sharepoint, the new document would stay at the top of the list, then I could edit the information.Now when I upload documents, it goes in alphabetical order and I have to scroll through to find the new document, can I fix this to go back to the way it was before?

I am using Planner, and I opted for the 30-day premium trial. I do not like the functionality of the premium. I would like to cancel the premium trial immediately and continue using the base Planner that's included with my company's base options.

We use a lot of file sharing because my team needs to edit the same excel files. But today I found that the same file has been moved to different folders for each of our accounts?It seems like Onedrive, Shared, Add to my OneDrive is no longer available. We now have "Add shortcut to My files" instead. This is just a short cut that opens a browser and let us access files from there... Is anyone experiencing the same issue?
