MS Office Word 2013 Printing Problem

My printing is working properly before, and suddenly, this morning my printing just became small.. my font size is 11, but it was printed with tiny font size. anyone can helpme? thank you..

Do you have any scaling options selected? Does the document contain "markup" (comments or tracked changes)?

Check the printer Properties to see if a scaling option is set there.

it's normal scaled, nothing wrong with the printer and printer properties, the problem come from ms word.

Is the orientation on the paper that same as you would expect?

If you send me a document, I will take a look at it.

As a work-around, you could save the document as a pdf file and print it with Adobe Reader.

yes it is, nothing wrong with the orientation, this is the document.

ah, i used wordpad instead of adobe reader.
