Keys NOT WORKING: Del, home, End, PgUp, PgDn key all not working in word 2013 win 8.1
Is there an FN key of the keyboard that perhaps needs to be pressed to activate those keys?
Hope this helps,

But the issue is that we never had to press the Fn key with the PgUp / PgDn keys in the past...and for some reason as of the last week in Dec 2016. What happened that these keys no longer do what they did 2 weeks ago??

Another user reported than an update of some kind added an easy (too easy!) way to change the function of the Fn key to off by default to on by default. The trigger key was Fn+CapsLock; try pressing this to see if it changes the behavior back to what you're used to.

FN (function) key behavior can often be controlled by making modifications in the computer's BIOS settings. Which settings are required depends on the computer model; see the documentation.

Perhaps an update for your computer's BIOS changed some setting back to the default.
