exclamation point custom paper word

With my new computer with Windows 7 and office 2013, there’s a red ! For custom paper size for my printer. The size prints, but not correctly. This is what I’ve done so far:

·         set as default printer

·         reinstalled drivers from disk instead of Windows 7

·         run Microsoft fix it (no errors detected)

it's an hp color laserjet 3600

I need some details to assist you better:

Verify if the issue occurs when you try to print from other Office applications.

Also check if the issue occurs when you try to print from Notepad or Internet explorer.

thanks--it only happens with custom paper size for label, and I don't see ways to test that from programs other than word

Some printers don't handle custom sizes very well unless you define the size in the printer Properties rather than in Word. In such cases (unless you can define the size in the printer Properties), your only recourse is to select the next larger size that is defined and adjust the margins to compensate for the extra size.

not able to define custom in properties and when had selected near size still had issue that only one of the three labels printed
