deleted office 2013 by mistake

I accidentally deleted office 2013. I purchased the home and student product from best buy and have the product code. How do I down load a new copy?

Answer

If you do find the applications by using the Search facility in the Windows Start screen, right click on each in turn and the click on Pin to Start and Pin to Task Bar.

If you cannot find them, then log into www.office.com/myaccount with your registered email address and click Install Office.

Depending upon how you deleted Office, before trying to re-install, you may want to remove all traces of the Office installation by running the fixit from the following article:

It is unlikely that you actually "deleted" the applications; you probably just deleted a shortcut. Search for winword.exe, which is the Word executable, and create a new shortcut to it. Repeat for each Office application.
