How to Bold first word of every paragraphe?

hi,

i have a too many pages to make every paragraphs first word manually in bold

Ex: 

begenmemek: mésestimer qn./ ne pas aimer qn./ dédaigner qn./ désapprouver qch.


shall i write makro code to make it automatic or smth??

Answer
Start at the beginning of the document (e.g. Ctrl+Home) and record the following keystrokes:

<start macro recorder>
Ctrl+Shift+→
Ctrl+B
Ctrl+↓
<stop macro recorder> 

That will bold the first word in a paragraph and then shift to the beginning of the next paragraph. If you assign it to a hotkey combination, you will be able to tap the hotkey(s) and repeat the procedure. In the event that the paragraph it moves to is an exception to the rule, simply tap Ctrl+↓ to move on to the next paragraph.
