Word document keeps cropping off the photo when printing.

I have a PC setup for multiple users running Windows 7 - Office 2010 - Printing to a Konica C650.  All but one user can print our manuals with no trouble from the same PC.  When that user tries to print the pictures are cropped off about half an inch on the right side.

These are the steps I've already tried:
1.  Restart the printer and the print spooler.

2.  Reinstall the printer.

3.  Run MicrosoftFixit50599.msi to reset the default settings in Word.

4.  Repaired Office 2010 from the control panel.

5.  Cleared the User's and the System's temp files and restarted.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Is the user with the problem using the exact same printer driver as the others? If the right side is the trailing edge, this may well be an issue with the unprintable area, which may vary from one driver to another but are often close to half an inch for the trailing edge (this is required for paper handling).

You can ascertain the unprintable area in a blank document by setting all four margins to 0". When you click OK, you'll get an offer to "fix" the settings. Accept the offer and note what margins Word sets; these are the minimum margins defined by the printer driver. You can then Cancel out of Page Setup without saving.

The printer may have a "borderless" setting; if so, this should be tried (though I believe it often requires a special carrier or applies only to smaller paper sizes).

Hi Suzanne,  Thanks for answering.  The users are using the same PC and print drivers.  They are just switching users on that PC.

I'd still check the Page Setup for the user who is having problems.

The Page Setups are the same for both users.

I meant the nonprintable area returned by "Fix" when you have set margins to 0".

That printer doesn't have a nonprintable area.  It will print all the way to the edges.  Our other printers will only print to .25 on the Right and Left.
