Hi -- I'm having pretty much the exact same problem, only mine's all in English.
For the past several years, I've been having problems with Word crashing. I've gone through many versions of Word and four or five different machines, and I'm still having this problem. I've tried every fix I've ever seen online.
I'm now using Word 2010 in Windows 8.1. All add-ins are disabled. I crash several times a day with maybe 10 different events reported in event viewer. Here are the most recent:

These are all from the past week or so. Faulting modules mso.dll and ntdll.dll are the most frequent offenders. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the crashes, but they are often severe. I work in Word 8-10 hours a day and have thousands of
auto-correct entries, scores of macros, and a huge custom dic. About once a month I lose not just the document I'm working on, but my keyboard shortcuts, too, and sometimes ALL of my macros. I've tried deleting Normal and starting fresh (I've done this maybe
50 times in the past 10 years). I've used every repair tool that exists. I've nuked my custom.dic file and made a new one. (I can't do this with my a/c entries but I've run them through repairs, too, in case they're corrupt.) I've reinstalled Word I don't
know how many times.
I'm freelance and on my own as far as software is concerned -- I'm my own IT department. I'm losing time and, more importantly, money, the longer this goes on. I need some help, please.
