Microsoft 365 and Office

Hi,I am using Microsoft 365. When creating a line with marker chart the data range include #N/A values by design. I do not want to plot the #N/A values as zero so I change the settings as shown in the attached picture. The problem is that it does not work, the chart continues to plot the #N/A as zero. How can I fix this?

I opened, edited and saved a file in Excel several times last week without issue. I am trying to make the following flow: an item is created in a list > it grabs the correct excel template based on a choice column in the list > it creates the new file in the SharePoint library with the name [firstname] [lastname] spreadsheet.xlsx > it lists rows present in the table and finds a little table rucked below the useful area of the spreadsheet I'm working on > it updates the row in the table which feeds into other fields in the useful part of the spreadsheet.Here is where it is tripping me up: it can find the table in the template just fine, but I can't seem to get it

I accidentally deleted the admin account on my M365 instance. I can't unlock it without getting a ticket opened, and to get a ticket opened you have to be able to log into the admin center. I tried calling support and it just tells me to log in to the admin center and open a ticket. Now when I call support, it tells me to open a ticket and hangs up on me. I don't know how to resolve this. Can someone please help me?

I'm creating an evaluation in Forms using a quiz template. I work with several students who are each assigned to a different department. I want a multiple-choice option after students enter their first and last name, so Q3, for them to choose from and then be directed to the corresponding questions, which I've separated into individual sections depending on department. The branching option I've found in the template doesn't allow me to connect all the sections to a choice.

I have an employee whose password I had to reset. When she tried to login, it directed her to the authenticator app, which was not yet set up. She tried to sign up for the app and it told her she needed to confirm the numbers, but it didn't provide any numbers. She does not have the option of logging in via call or text. It says that she can login via a QR code that comes from our organization. Can anyone provide guidance on how to create a QR code for the authenticator app?

I am trying to display 0.00 or a variation to it In a documentI have tried a ton of different ways but when the field is empty it is not putting the 0.00 in. I am using formatting a code. We haven't made any changes to our SharePoint online and this morning our top navigation menu is being hidden. The links are still there, but the formatting and display is not working properly. Does this have something to do with a recent update that Microsoft has implemented? Any one else having this issue?

i don't receive all the emails

I am extracting a .CSV Outlook attachment and storing it in a SharePoint folder but the data is not there when I open it. It says Null.

I have just tried MANY times to verify my student email, only for the verification link that Microsoft emails me taking me to the Microsoft shop EVERY SINGLE TIME. I don’t know why I’ve received a link for the Microsoft product store when it was supposed to be a link to verify my student email. This is incredibly frustrating. I am finding that changes I make to files on OneDrive are being replicated to earlier backed-up versions of the file (to versions that pre-date the changes).Today is 4/23. A shared file got jacked up and to fix it I pulled a backed-up version from 4/15, only to find that the same problems I was trying to fix were evident in this earlier 4/15 version (in the interim I also reviewed versions from 4/21 and 4/19, with same results). However, I noticed that the 4/15 version had formulas in it that I only input into the file on 4/21 (and this is certain - there was no need for the formulas before
