Microsoft 365 and Office

I'm trying to work through a sheet that I'm using to do per unit inventory. I have a stats column, and I need specific cells to show a number of how many rows a specified term is used. such as how many times I mark the device type as "LAPTOP" or "IPAD". How could I go about achieving this?

I am having problems with shared folders in OneDrive. They are showing up as internet shortcuts only, I used to have them in File Explorer as a folder that I would click on to access content of that shared folder. My IT person found a website stating that Microsoft is aware of this issue. When will this be fixed?

I would like to use OneDrive to back up documents from Scrivener and today I was searching for an old folder so I engaged with OneDrive once more. Imagine my surprise when I discovered OneDrive was backing up my desktop and taking up space on my hard-drive to the tune of 200gb. I have not used OneDrive since unlinking it in August. When I tried signing into a Work/School account, it required a Microsoft authenticator app verification code. I had recently started using a new phone but I kept my same phone number and i-Cloud account. I thought that this would do me enough good to be able to sign into the Microsoft authenticator app, however, the app asked I signed in with the account that required the authenticator code.So basically I'm not able to sign in because in order to sign in, I need to already be signed in and have the code to sign in, its an issue. Microsoft blocked my personal Microsoft account. Now Microsoft wants to charge me for the annual subscription. I cannot use my personal Microsoft 365 subscription and I cannot cancel personal Microsoft 365 subscription. There is no possibility to contact Microsoft. All my attempts to get my personal Microsoft account reactivated failed, because Microsoft does not respond.So what to do? Please advice. I turned on the "Sync with OneDrive" setting on my phone, then it connected to the email address that I use for the google apps on the phone, not the email address that I wanted to use. I managed to sign onto the OneDrive app using the email that I wanted, and in the app, it says that I am connected to the Samsung gallery, yet in the settings of the phone, it says that my OneDrive account is "frozen", it cannot get any data, and that it is unable to sync. Why doesn't word's little welcome back icon appear every time, when you open an existing document?I write reports and sometimes this little icon appears sometimes it doesn't. Therefore, there is some reason when last using that document that it doesn' recognise it next time...And before you state this - I realise if you strike any key this will null and void the icon.Any thoughts?Cheers

I know it is somewhere,I have everything mostly done, but some of the lines are not the same height.I know I can pull the lines manually, though then I mess one of the other ones upand then it prints without lines or one name slightly over the other.I thought in the left-hand corner there are something when you clicked you couldformat all the (boxes) lines to be the same height as the other ones?thanks for your helpBruce

Hello, after every reboot OneDrive , processing all my files which is about 500K files , which i think it will impact my SSD Life time! is there any way to fix this issue, i noticed that happened when i enabled always keep on, so do i need to disable this option, but then i think it will delete all my local files ? is processing all the 0.5M files after every boot will effect my SSD Lifetime ?
