underline or border styles

hi

 

is it possible to create a text style, or by using borders, to create a double underline, with two different colours applied to the underline?  I want to create a heading style that uses two different colours, without using a jpeg that I would need to position everytime......

Unfortunately, no, this is not possible in current versions of Word. What you might try is using both an underline and a paragraph border, each with a different color. If you experiment with the "Distance from text" setting for the border and the weight of both underline and border, you might be able to accomplish what you're looking for.
