Microsoft 365 and Office

I've never encountered this issue before. I am in a transcript document. Any lines that I've put in myself are fine, but any line that were put in from the audio transcription is opening a browser page when hit the enter key. Help please.

I can't get it to do the backup. I saw on another thread that I should restore the file locations to their default, but there is no location button on the property section.

On a Mac and in Word Version 16.96.1, I have followed all the instructions for showing all Reviewing markups, but the document does not show insertions and deletions. It only shows comments. Hello,Today, while trying to access my Personal Vault through the OneDrive app on my mobile device, the app began closing itself immediately after entering my password or completing biometric authentication. I purchased the Microsoft 365 Family Subscription (by a hotmail.com account) in March but I claimed the product under an incorrect email ( same email ID but in gmail.com). How can I fix it? I have contacted multiple Microsoft support teams but being bounce around, never able to find the right support.

I can double click the trackpad to select a word, and then double click again to select the entire sentence or paragraph, but to do anything else I can no longer click and drag to select specific sections of text. I'm using a MacBook Air (new model) and have the latest version of Word installed. Is this a common issue?

When i add new pictures And add captions to them, the while thing breaks. I Did not find any Burton Called "updating Fields"". The numbers get scrambled, they either switch positions (2, 1 instead of 1, 2) or collide into one page? How can i fixx this?

I need to make a unique ID # for customers using the following: 1st letter last name, 3rd letter last name, 4th letter last name, #letters of last name (in 2 digits), first letter 1st name, *,9. For example: John Jacob Jingleman would be JNG09J*9. I can make it work individually, but can't figure out how to make it happen all put together and because the last name is 9 letter, I can't make it come back with 09.

We are experiencing issues in Microsoft Word. We have multiple users, from 2 up to 6, updating a single document all at the same time using Track Changes. When the manager reviews and Accepts the changes several minutes later the Accepted changes revert back to Tracked Changes as if there were never accepted. Is this a known problem? How do we resolve it?The shared document is saved on OneDrive/SharePoint. We are using Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise and the Version is 2502 (Build 18526.20286).

I am seeing a recurring charge on my credit card that I cannot explain and do not understand. I require your assistance in resolving this issue. I am developing a method to track uniform inventory and the items that have been issued to players. All players on a single team must have a unique jersey number. I have conducted an inventory and have a reference sheet of all available sizes and numbers on a reference sheet "Jerseys". From that I have created named ranges to use cascading drop down menus with Data Validation on a different worksheet "Team A". There will be a separate worksheet for each team. Once a Jersey Number, regardless of size, has been selected by a player, I would like to remove it from the drop down list so it CANNOT

I can't use excel on my desktop it says to renew. But I am a member of a family group and i can use it on the web. How do i get it so i can use my desktop products again?

I am a complete novice at Access, and I am trying to create a program that when a user enters in a airport city code it will automatically populate the city into a different box. I know in Excel I can use XLOOKUP, but I am not sure how to get the data to auto populate after they select an item from a combo box. Is there an equivalent XLOOKUP for Access? All of a sudden, I can’t check my emails on the internet on my phone. When I go to Microsoft.com to log in, it will try to make me use the app. The app doesn’t download all my emails and when I go to delete some, it keeps telling me to click RETRY. I keep pressing Retry but it doesn’t download the rest of the email. It just keeps saying , click Retry. Using the internet on my phone is better! But when I try to log in through Chrome or Safari, it keeps taking me back to the log in page. Trying to make me use the app! Some people don’t like using the app! Or it wants me to buy the Microsoft apps
