macro to select a specific text at a time in the entire document

Hi,

I need a macro to select a specific text at a time in the entire document, which makes easy to me to do a common formatting to the specific text in the entire document at once.

If each line that begins with ADD=> ends with a paragraph mark, then you can use "Find In" in the Find dialog.

  1. In the Find dialog, click More and check "Use wildcards."
  2. Use this text string: ADD=\>*^13
  3. Click "Find In" and select "Main Document."
  4. Word will select all the found instances.
  5. Click the title bar of the document to return focus to the document without deselecting the found instances.
  6. Apply your text shading in the way you specify; you can also select Borders and Shading from the Borders dropdown in the Paragraph group on the Home tab and then select the Shading tab.
  7. Repeat for the lines beginning with DEL=>
