Does anyone know if there is an advanced guide for field codes with all their optional switches?
I need all optional switches for BIBLIOGRAPHY and CITATION fields.

As always, Google is your friend. Ask about "word bibliography field switches" and you'll find these two at the top of the list:

I've already found those articles, but they're not complete.
I found that CITATION field has other optional switches: "\n", "\y" and "\t", to omit respectively the author's Name, the book Year and the Title.
I followed an automatic procedure to omit those data, then I controlled the code in the field, so I discovered those extra optional switches.
However they're not mentioned in the field code description in the guide.
Don't you know any advanced guide for Microsoft Word 2010?

No, I'm not aware of any such guide. You might find something in the articles on
http://blogs.office.com/ or
http://blogs.msdn.com/.
