How to align a scanned document to show the full page across the horizonal axis.

My scanned document shows only 2/3rds of the first line and all other lines down the page.  How can I correct it to show the entire document from one side to the other?
Is this just a screen display issue like zoom?

Are you inserting this scanned page into Word? If so, and if what you have scanned is a graphic rather than editable text, you will need to either resize the graphic to fit within the margins (though that should have happened automatically) or set the text wrapping to In Front of Text and then set the position to Top Relative to Page and Left Relative to Page.
