Hello, We are a small medical practice that has purchased single pc lic. for Office 2016 Pro Plus, in the past, we have been able to uninstall office from an old PC that was being replaced with a new PC and then reinstall with the License key. This is no longer working, MS wants me to associate the license with a MS account which we have never done. We purchased these Licenses and would like to continue to use them! Is there a way to do this? Can we exchange for newer Licenses or is there a way to create an account for the Practice and associate all of our Licenses to that account?Please help,

I'm trying to link a table in two workbooks. I created the table and went to the second workbook and entered = then selected the whole table in the first workbook then press enter. Only the first cell (A1) shows up. I have to select A1 and drag down to show all the rows then drag all the rows over to show all the columns. When I watch videos of linking tables the table will autofill when you enter the formula. I can't get it to work. It also won't create new rows on the linked table automatically, I have to go in and drag the last row for it to show.

When submitting my payment information I get an error stating that a billing address is required for this purchase. When checking the address book my billing address is correctly entered. I am getting a weird formatting error in Excel. This is not related to incorrect column width, number cells formatted as text, or anything like that. Sometimes in my Excel files when I enter a formula, the value gets returned as all "#######". If the value is not as the previous, the numbers are shifted in the cells to the left as if left formatted. A third issue I have seen is my numbers overlapping in adjacent columns. See picture - ever since I reinstalled Windows 11 on my PC I see duplicate One Drive-Personal folders in Explorer. They are *not* different locations, rather they point to the same OneDrive folder on my D:. I can delete one of them in the registry (picture also attached) but within weeks the folder reappears. I don't understand why this is happening and why it regenerates in the registry every so often. Has anyone seen and solved this?

Split from this thread. I updated Windows 10 yesterday (April 23, 2025) and now all my startup shortcuts and pinned MS 365 files are all missing. Word. Excel. PowerPoint. I can open, update and save files, but there shortcuts are still missing. The display settings in each application are correct, and I cleared the files cache. Made no difference. This is why customers hate to do updates. The updates create more issues than they fix.

I have users with the ability to create personal views but not public views. If a user creates a view and uses the "set current view as default", what is the expected behaviour? I would expect that view to be the default view for that library for that user. However, once the user clicks away from that particular library and the back in, it reverts to the public default "All Documents" view instead of their personal default.

I can not reset their passwords as it will not accept the original password they were set up with to sign in & if I try to reset them it says I do not give enough information on the account & when asked to put in an alternate account to contact it just resets my password.
