I can answer one (implied) question: When you have thumbnails displayed in the Clip Art task pane, if you click the arrow beside one (or right-click on it) and choose
Preview/Properties from the context menu, you can see the path to the image.
Now that Bing is being used as the source rather than the online Clip Art Gallery, this is less helpful for online images, since the full path will be to a temp folder on your system, and the online URL will be just
http://insertmedia.office.microsoft.com.
I have also noticed that, even if you specify that you want only "Illustrations" (that is, drawings) and not photos, you get photos anyway unless you add "clip art" to the search string. OTOH, the old search usually failed if the search string included more
than one keyword, but Bing search is comfortable with a longer string.
