I've purchase a new laptop with "Office home and student 2019", but I have install in new laptop, can login with another email and then only installed? Does the "Office home and student 2019," still can work ?

So my email was compromised and I have 3 emails in my inbox:1. Security info added - account from the one that hacked into my email2. Security info deleted - my email account (compromised one)3. Security info deleted - my phone numberI've tried to recover the account and the only option is to send to that new email address from the hacker. If I opt to not do that, I can do the recovery form. I filled out the form and the information that I provided there is not enough to recover the microsoft account.Is there no other way to reach Microsoft and recover the account? I'm trying to use Microsoft Copilot to generate a PowerPoint presentation from a Word or PDF document, using my company branding. I currently have a blank PowerPoint template open that’s formatted according to our brand guidelines. All necessary source documents are stored on OneDrive and SharePoint.However, when Copilot generates the slide deck, the formatting doesn’t match our template, and the slide layouts are misaligned.Has anyone experienced this or found a workaround to ensure Copilot applies the correct formatting and layouts? Any help would be appreciated!

A couple weeks ago my Microsoft 365 account ran out, and then got renewed. When it ran out, OneDrive dropped down to 5GB of space, and was correctly telling me that I was about 90GB over. Once the subscription was renewed (about 1-2 weeks ago now), the PC version still said I only had 5GB of total space. Presently, the PC app is still telling me that, but when I view OneDrive on the web it says the correct 1TB of total space. I've already tried unlinking and relinking my computer, and it hasn't helped in the slightest. Nothing I've seen online has helped thus far so I don't know what do to.

I have users with the ability to create personal views but not public views. If a user creates a view and uses the "set current view as default", what is the expected behaviour? I would expect that view to be the default view for that library for that user. However, once the user clicks away from that particular library and the back in, it reverts to the public default "All Documents" view instead of their personal default.
