Microsoft 365 and Office

See picture - ever since I reinstalled Windows 11 on my PC I see duplicate One Drive-Personal folders in Explorer. They are *not* different locations, rather they point to the same OneDrive folder on my D:. I can delete one of them in the registry (picture also attached) but within weeks the folder reappears. I don't understand why this is happening and why it regenerates in the registry every so often. Has anyone seen and solved this?

Since yesterday it is no longer possible to add new list items.We get an error message for the location columns:Error: Column limit value exceeded. I want to copy the middle row of each block. A block is where BK column contains contiguous 0s. So block1 is A52:BJ61, block2 is A65:BJ67... I have 105 blocks, so I want a copy formula for rows where formula recognizes automatically the blocks based on column BK.As a result I would like to see on another sheet the row56 or row57, row66, row 88 or row89

I have files in OneDrive that have odd icons (see screen clip). Wha t could cause this? Is it something that I did? These files have been in OneDrive for several years. How can i recover the files? Thank you.

I have a Table of selectable cells from a drop down in each cell. (690 cells). I have a list linked to each cell's selected value for each of the cells. On another worksheet I am trying to have seperate lists each based on a single criteria. What I have is: =IFERROR(INDEX(Sheet2!$A$2:$A$691,SMALL(IF(Sheet2!$B$2:$B$691=$BF$4,ROW(Sheet2!$B$3:$B$691)+1),ROW(1:1))-1,1),""). However for roughly half of the returned values are correct, the other are various amounts off. I can Play with the -1 to get the correct value but nothing I try works for all values. I'm trying to add an email account to my existing Outlook account. I've had this PC laptop for about a year and my Office 365 account existed prior to that. The first step when I choose "Add an account" is to login into Microsoft. However, I get stopped right away because it won't accept my login email address. It says that I need a business email. I need to be able to record on ms teams and so it seems I must switch from personal to business standard (I want desktop functionality). I pay my subscription annually in September so would like to know I will be refunded for the remainder of the personal term when I make the switch. I would like to do so asap but need help with the process to ensure all my existing office docs and emails etc are still available in the current format I have them.
