Hi, I updated to a new iphone. but my authenticator app didn't move over. I cannot login to my account as I do not have access to the authenticator app. To make matters worse, I cannot submit an issue with microsoft as when I try to login, it tells me my account does not exist. When I first load the document, the cursor works OK. Up until this morning I was able to move photos to different files within the oneDrive app on my Iphone without any issue, This morning however when I select move all the files are greyed out and I can only cancel the move nothing else, I can select to move but not where I want to move the picture, I have updated my phone, the app, deleted and reinstalled the app, reset my phone but still nothing is working.
