Microsoft 365 and Office

I am new to OneNote in 2025. I just migrated from (the progressively annoying) Evernote. I've worked for months on the migration as I have over 100 notebooks & notes back to 2009. After I thought I was comfortable with everything, I opened it on my Pixel 9. What a shock to find out that the notes text size are so small and do not wrap to make them readable. It looks like it is some type of object or image. It is absolutely unusable! I had my first phone call where I needed to access notes on my phone and it was the most frustrating, miserable experience I've ever had with notes.Researching

Hello,I don't know why, but documents are displayed differently for one account. Normally they should be displayed like this. However, for this account they are displayed like this. Sorry, I had to hide the private information, but you can still see that "Autor změny" doesn't have a transparent background, but a slightly gray one. Also, instead of "Nové", it shows "Nový", which isn't even bold.Can this be resolved? Maybe by setting the default view?Please helpThank you

As shown in the title I keep getting this error for some (not all) of the media files (specifically videos, havent had the same problem with pictures or audio) I upload to my onedrive account. Weirdly enough, this only happens in the app, not in the samsung internet browser, which is very inconvenient. I checked the file name, codec, type, and nothing stands out between the videos that do work and those that dont. I've tried clear cache and data and uninstall (or disabling rather since you can't fully uninstall onedrive from samsung apparently) and reinstalling, but still nothing. When looking

There are many ways to share desktop Microsoft Access for multiple users' simultaneous access. I am not talking here about sharing MS Access in the same network. I need to share it among several users outside my network. What is the cost-effective solution that I can use, and how? I tried using SQL Server to share the MS Access tables, but kept having several technical problems, as some MS Access codes are not so compatible. Any idea what other solutions that I can use at a very low cost? I don't want to jump into expensive solutions. Any help?

I’m having trouble accessing my work authenticator app. My old phone broke—the screen is completely black and unresponsive—so I can't use it at all.Since getting a new phone, I’ve been unable to log in to the authenticator app because it’s still linked to my old device and asks for a confirmation code I can’t access. I'm trying to link a table in two workbooks. I created the table and went to the second workbook and entered = then selected the whole table in the first workbook then press enter. Only the first cell (A1) shows up. I have to select A1 and drag down to show all the rows then drag all the rows over to show all the columns. When I watch videos of linking tables the table will autofill when you enter the formula. I can't get it to work. It also won't create new rows on the linked table automatically, I have to go in and drag the last row for it to show.

I'm experiencing an issue with guest user access in one specific SharePoint library. When external users are invited to read, edit, or review documents/folders in this library, they receive an 'Access Denied' error after requesting an access code. Today, 9th January 2025, I received notification that my Microsoft 365 subscription is to increase from NZ$179 to NZ$229 a year, a 28% increase. The previous price increase was only notified on 13th March 2024. I understand that the new increase is to fund the new AI features. For me, the AI features are counterproductive. Every time I try to sign in, it automatically goes to telling me it’s sending a security code to my email, but it never does.
