Microsoft 365 and Office

Since last year, I've been encountering the same issues with all shared folders. These folders were created by other accounts, which have granted me edit permissions. The problems are as follows:I can't synchronize shared folders with my OneDrive, neither online nor in File Explorer. Instead, I can only create a link to the shared folder on both, which requires File Explorer to open a browser window to access the link.Despite having edit permissions, I am unable to create new folders or files. I accidently deleted an account from Authenticator. The account is for a Windows365 VPS that I am the administrator for. Now I can't log in to the account since it needs a 2FA code from Authenticator. When I try to add the account back into Authenticator it wants a QR code, but since I can't log into the account I can't generate the QR code or get a verification code for that account.
