Microsoft 365 and Office

Received an email about an upcoming appointment that I know nothing about, that is addressed to a person with a different name. Under that was a Microsoft receipt/transaction ticket, shown below:Is this a real charge? It didn’t show up in my purchase history on my Microsoft account but I want to be sure it’s not going to take it out.

I really need some help with this one. I created an account for my son to use for Xbox/Microsoft. He used it fine for several months but now can't sign in. When I try to enter the email, it tells me the Microsoft account does not exist. it does this on multiple platforms. If I try to sign into Xbox, it tells me the account does not exist. If I try to create a new account and enter the SAME email, it tells me an account already exists under that email. For 20+ years I had routinely used the autofill (sequential number) by dragging the corner - which worked also when I had text. I haven't used in in a couple of years now, though, and now I cannot get it to work. The option is selected in the option menu, and I've looked at countless posts - but it doesn't work. The little menu that shows when clicking the + in the corner doesn't even have that option (although it has many other options that are completely useless to me). Why has something so simple just gone away?

I have a unsorted column of text with numbers from 1 to 300 == text1,,,,text10...., text 100,,, etc.When I sort the column I get text1, text100, text11, text112, etc.How do I get it to sort text1, text2, text3, etc.

I can't create a new XLSX file by right-clicking and then choosing new, like this image. It always makes a corrupted, empty 0-byte file. I can still create PPTX files and Word files. Hi. I had some folders shared from different users in my OneDrive account. I had added the folders to my OneDrive with Add Shortcut to OneDrive button from Shared folders in cloud. The account is logged into a windows pc and every files including the folders shared with my were syncing fine until yesterday. Yesterday night the shared folders were completely removed from the Windows pc and folders are replaced with internet shortcut. This is such a big mess. I have tried unlinking the account and linking it back, changing the location of OneDrive on my windows pc and tried to get a new folder

Want to keep my emails and email address after ending subscription

I have a new Office365 Basic subscription. When I try to login into an iOS office app (outlook, Teams, etc) it asks for a PW, upon entering the PW it takes me back to the PW screen then pulls up MS authenticator but there is no place to enter the #. I'm then stuck in a loop. I can log into a PC or Mac just fine, only not on the phone where the authenticator sits.thanks!

Hello,I've been trying to use the microsoft 365 office either trial or paid version, but it doesn't let me move beyond the phone number validation part. Everytime, it keeps saying "there is some error, please try again later". I tried all the troubleshoot steps and still doesn't work, was never able to get a hold of customer service.Please help me fix the issue, I am trying to purchase it in India using the correct code (+91) and a valid number, still not working.
