Fill-in Bubble symbol

I am making a multiple choice question test for my class.  They will answer the questions by filling in the bubble (circle) for either a, b, c, or d.  This is the symbol:  ⃝

I also want to make an answer key by having the bubble symbol be filled in with black.  I cannot find that symbol or a way to fill-in bubble with the color using anything in Word.  I see the black bullet but that is too small.

Is there a way to do this?

The WingDings 2 font contains both filled and empty circles (the same size) at characters 152 and 153. You can insert these from the Symbol dialog, and, if you will be using them frequently, you can assign keyboard shortcuts to them. If they are not as large as you would like when you insert them at the same size as the rest of your text, you can increase the font size.

The circle character you showed, Unicode 20DD, is meant to be combined with another character (its name is "combining enclosing circle"). There is no character in any font I'm aware of that is filled and the same size.

I can suggest two alternatives:
  • Paste the circle character into a graphics program such as MS Paint, use the drawing tools to fill it, and save the result as a .jpg or .png file that you can insert into your answer key wherever it's needed.
  • Use a different circle character that has a filled counterpart. For example, the Wingdings 2 font contains open and filled circles at characters 153 and 152 (ASCII decimal), respectively. While they're slightly smaller than the enclosing circle, they'll be easier to use. To make it easy to insert these characters, select each in turn in the Insert > Symbol > More Symbols dialog and click the Shortcut button. There you can assign a keyboard shortcut for the selected symbol.
