Drop Caps in Printing

I've used drop caps in MS Word 2007. While I print the file, drop caps does not appear on the paper. Could anyone help? 
ps. I've checked and unchecked all the printing options, the problem remains. Also, the text is not in white.
What do you see in Print Preview? A drop cap is formatted as a frame, so it should not be affected by settings that would affect wrapped graphics (which can be a problem with text boxes).

Print preview is OK. Another thing I should mention is that the language is Persian, a right-to-left language. I printed drop caps in English, it was OK, but in Persian it isn't; it does not appear on the paper.

Well, the fact that the language is RTL is certainly significant. Although Word seems to be okay with it, it would appear that your printer has objections (though you should definitely get what you see in Print Preview, since that view is based on the active printer driver).
