Why is it.impossible to contact microsoft by phone.or.e en a chat?

I have a number of folders shared with me by other OneDrive users. I've added these to My Files to appear alongside the folders on my OneDrive account. Up until yesterday, they appeared as folders on my PC, alongside the other folders which belong to my OneDrive account. Now these folders that are shared with me are appearing as shortcut links instead of folders on my PC. This has happened to 3 different PCs which are all connected to the same OneDrive account. I have uninstalled OneDrive, cleared the cache, etc. and reinstalled on one PC, but the problem remains. I've removed shared folders,

My Microsoft OneDrive folder has been taking a minute more to open a folder; each folder and each subfolder. It's unusable and Microsoft should have made this a priority fix, but for some unknown reason, apparently to even their support personnel, it hasn't been fixed.I'm not sure why Microsoft hasn't fixed this problem, unless its a 'competition' thing, but they're making it a lot harder on the subscribers (I presume they want to keep) than this has to be. I need to be able to record on ms teams and so it seems I must switch from personal to business standard (I want desktop functionality). I pay my subscription annually in September so would like to know I will be refunded for the remainder of the personal term when I make the switch. I would like to do so asap but need help with the process to ensure all my existing office docs and emails etc are still available in the current format I have them.

I DO NOT WANT COPILOT. It looks like I can get rid of it by changing to Microsoft 365 Classic Personal but I don't know what programs come with this subscription.I need Access, Outlook, Excel, and Word. Can anyone tell me the programs that come with this Subscription? Or tell me more about it? Somehow without my knowledge Microsoft changes my subscription from 69.00 to 99.00 very sneaky.

In the past, when you click on the Conditional Formatting drop down and the New Rule you would see an area where you can add a formula for the rule. Now all I see is a New Formatting Rule window with Style and a Minimum & Maximum options as shown below. Even when I go to the Manage Rules window and click the plus sign to add a new rule it takes me back to this screen. Weird and frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to copy and paste a pdf file into a page on my Loop workspace. I receive a message that says 'We couldn't load 1 image. Check if images are under 10 MB and in SVG, JPEG, GIF, TIFF, HEIF, BMP, ICO or WebP formats'. Is there a reason I can't copy in the Pdf - I'm following the instructions that appear to work for others. The same issue occurs for word and excel files. The file size is below the size limit. I was able to upload a PNG but was not able to upload a JPEG.I'm experiencing this issue when logged in to our family 365 account across mac, ipad and pc.

I get a #VALUE! error when the calculation of the HYPERLINK formula returns a URL longer than 255 characters. I am using Microsoft 365. Does this limit still exist in Microsoft 365?

Hi. I had some folders shared from different users in my OneDrive account. I had added the folders to my OneDrive with Add Shortcut to OneDrive button from Shared folders in cloud. The account is logged into a windows pc and every files including the folders shared with my were syncing fine until yesterday. Yesterday night the shared folders were completely removed from the Windows pc and folders are replaced with internet shortcut. This is such a big mess. When the problem with the OneDrive shared folders shortcuts showing up as Internet Shortcuts will eventually get solved? We have a major issue in our company's shared files and we spend triple the time to do a small work... This is totally unacceptable.....
