Unable to Print Envelope Address

Hi

I am using office 2003 -Windows 7 Home Premium.

For some reason I can no longer print an envelope (Envelopes and Labels).  When I do try to print to envelopes and labels nothing happens other than the error light on the printer flashes. I am using a HP LaserJet Professional P1102w

Thank you.

PS: when I click print, there is nothing in the 'see what's printing'

Here is the answer from the HP Forum, if anyone else has the same problem.

In the Word Software, we need to change the Feed to Auto.

 

When the light blinks on the printer like that, if you were to open and close the lid, the printer would resume printing, it acts as a resume button. Since this model doesn't have the button. But I have provided the steps for making the changes through the Word Software.

 

In Word, Click on Tools, select Letters and Mailing/Envelopes and labels, the envelope box will open, in the envelope tab enter your address, click on Options, click the Printing Options tab, you will need to change the Feed to Auto, it is likely set to Manual. Check the feed method to make sure it is set correctly.
