Xbox took my money

Attempt to redownload the game from your purchase history,

Press the Center Guide Button -> All the way to the right to Settings -> Account Management -> Download History

Does the item appear there? Will it let you download it?

this has happened to me as well. only it does download and is in my history, even after reinstalling it 5 times, speaking with xbox live support chat, phone support and the game deloper support who sent me back to xbox suport i still cannot play this game.

Delete the content, go into System Items and delete marketplace system data, rights database and clear cache. Reboot, test connection and try and redownload? Its weird but it seems to fix a lot of downloading issues.

i have installed and reinstalled it this way 5 times, including a full hard drive format. and it is not my internet connection. there live chat once trying all of this with me sends me to phone support who then tries all of this again then sends me to the game maker(2kgames) who states its an xbox issue and sends me back to xbox support. im running 30/30 fiberop which re-downloads the 2gb game in minutes with zero errors until its tried to be played. its is in no way shape or form a hacked hard drive or system and the system is otherwise 100% working for everything else, including other original xbox games, there is no other reason other than support/computability on their end, I will never use the market again.
