My research shows that it might be an update issue. Make sure your xbox is updated properly and hopefully that will solve your problem.

I got this same status code today too. I installed an update when I logged on and everything seemed fine. So much for spur of the moment impulse shopping on xbox live.

I´m trying to buy the 2010 WRC game, it costs 199 sek, i have bought 11 games before without any issues, i´m paying with my visa card. I have money on the card but every time i try to buy anything now this statuscode comes up, does anyone now what the problem is?
