Man, that is the last thing I expected from a customer support forum- did my statement about how I felt about a class action suit makes you guys decide to just say nothing?
Yeah- your guide says that there will be a response before anything is deleted. I did keep a copy last night- saved the page for future reference.I also took a picture, on film of course, as digital renderings are not allowed as evidence I have never taken anybody to court, but know this MS- I am of ways and means and I will not be treated like this- I will prove my point- and will spend to do that. And for the first time in my 50 years I guess I am going to small claims court....reading everybody's problems- man I am really appalled and the problems are from your product being defective, period. I have come to that conclusion. Hard working people, like me- should not have to deal with support for hours and hours. MS should not be messing around with the obvious thousands upon thousands of people that are having problems
The solution is that MS replace my defective unit. Immediately. With no terms- no send me yours and wait 30 days, I demand a replacement be sent immediately. I am throwing my Elite (Should be DElite) in the trash. That is all it is- junk.
Any smart young attorney should be jumping all over this with a class action suit.
I am a very disappointed customer.
Support, as I requested last night, with no response, of course- message me within an hour and I will forward a reply with my phone #.
