How do i get a refund on a game????

hello everyone, im wondering how i get refund on game to be exact counter strike go which has been out for 7 months and no update has been established the game is broken and unfinished just go search up cs:go in the forums and look at all of the complaints. valve showed so many features/maps in the gameplay trailers that were soposed to be on all platforms but werent and ive tryed to contact valve about updates, and fixes but no luck so im done and just want a refund so where i can i submit for a refund?

You cant all dlc come with the warning no refunds

You will have to contact the developer if you want patches

The Ms don´t give refund (only in case of a terrible mistake, and i don´t see one of that?

What you can do is apealing to game producer, Valve, explain your insatisaftion nad demand there your refund, to the best to worst case, in the minimum you tryed!!!.

1. They give you a voucher for another valve game (to compensade you)

2, They claim to you wait a new DLC will upgrate the game....(whiout date to today)

3. they just ignore you :)
