[HELP] Three times my Purchases of Microsoft Points, First time Successful, Second and Third Failed and I still got billed???

I wanted to purchase 3000 points, so i went to buy 3x 1000 Microsoft Point, My first attempt succeeded through AoE Online, it came up showing that i had 1000 Microsoft Points. However, the second and third attempts had failed. They havent come through onto my Bank statement just yet, but it says so on the Microsoft Billing site.

Also to note, I already tried to buy AoE Online Special bundle Pack, but that failed also, but that came up saying failed.

What can i do to get back $33 dollars for 2000 Microsoft Points, the error was on Microsoft's End?

Who should i talk to?

Has anyone else had this trouble?

If it's showing on the billing site, but you didn't get the points, call support.
