I hope that we can collect this data to help MS or Netflix find out whats going on with the streaming issues. To start with, go to Netflix and Search for the title "Example Short 23.976". There will be other titles that say Example Short 23.976 I, II, III, or IV. Do not choose those. Choose the one I specified without the roman numeral.
When you play this video, it embeds the stream that it's receiving. So on screen you will see, Resolution and Bitrate in yellow.
So please post the following from all your Netflix enabled devices:
Day - Time
Device - Bitrate- Resolution
