Crawermax glitch still work?

nothing has been patch like that in the game, there or so many little problems with the game that something like what you are asking would be the last thing ever patched. and I think they are done with the game no more anything.

you need better stuff for your characters

OP...don't feel alone.  I played BL a few weeks ago and tried to solo Crawmerax, which I've done 50+ times in the past but I got killed 4-5 times and gave up.  I did get to the "glitch corner" once and it still worked.  I got killed by him one time, trying to get him to turn around, the most difficult part when soloing.  The other times, I never made it to the corner.  Stupid maggots!

I do know craw does not drop level 69 Items so if your looking for the best of the best search outside of him particularly the Roadblocks and prison.

don't know if it makes difference in loot drops(search internet) but you can kill crawmerax easily in playthrough 1 compared to playthrough 2.. maybe then non-sirens could survive? dunno

To me, the only difference in PT1 and PT2, is getting there.  If I have help, in distracting Crawmerax, killing him is a little more difficult but not that much.

I think there is a level different between playthrough 1 and 2.  And as such, the loot he drops when killed is also different between the playthroughs.  I would recommend doing it on playthrough 2 with a good team, and playthrough 1 if you are just looking to screw around or looking for ok weapons.

same drop rate - craw is more spit happy on p2 and of course more health.his still huggable on both playthrough an adorable lobster on steroids. :) that eats tons of crimson lance.

How did this even come to be a reply to the OP.

According to most glitch still works, though never tried it myself can't say for sure. Glitch or no glitch Craw can be killed with almost any character. Saw CRYSIS PSYCHO do it with just a hunter, no glitch / no modding.

Last time I played against him, playthrough 1 I think he was around a level 62 or so, maybe upwards of 65.  But, when I played against him on playthrough 2, he was level 70 and dropped tons of level 69 weapons....

just killed him twice on playthrough 1. My char was level 69 siren, crawmerax was level 72 both times. Got 6 red text weapons. The levels range from level 55 and up, but most of them are level 66 and 67 for some reason.
