I'm trying to buy a game on Xbox live and it says there's a problem with the Xbox service try again later status code 8C230002

Im receiving 8C230002 and 800700E error codes for the last two days:( Some games are disappeared from marketplace on XBOX dashboard:(

There is currently an Xbox Live Service outage on the Marketplace. The current status reads "We're aware that our members are having trouble when trying to find content in the Xbox Store, as well as in-game content. Our team is diligently investigating the issue and we are working toward a fix as expediently as possible. We're very grateful for your patience while we work. We'll update you on our progress when we have more information!"

I am getting status code 8c230002 and 8007045d when trying to purchase dlc and all my settings are correct! Im unable to buy anything:(

Can we get some sort of estimation on when this will be fixed?  I "chatted" with an MS expert and got the usual "we don't normally give a time frame blah blah blah" which I completely understand.  But if it isn't too much trouble, could we get some clarification from a rep about how your "diligent investigation" is going and what "as expediently as possible" means.  I do not mean to sound like a sassy punk but I would like a bit more specificity.   Thank you.
