cant redeem minecraft code

i recently bought full minecraft version for my grandchildren but whatever we try it wont let us download,when i checked my microsoft account i found o profile name that i did not create what can we do please

It appears this profile you are posting with, is a randomly generated one. Make sure you are using the correct Microsoft account you used to set up your main profile. In terms of your redeem code, what error message / code are you receiving? If you have not tried redeeming the code online, go to the Redeem Code page to download your content on to your profile.

Make sure you locate the correct profile before redeeming the code. However, if you provide more information in relation to your issue such as my request of error codes / messages, we will then be able to narrow down the issue and assist you further.
