Am I getting ban??

The thing is that I have a new GamerTag and I don't want to pass all the game again, so I put a cheat on Guitar Hero that unlock alll the songs, guitars, characters and all that.. the cheat that I use was a cheat code from the web, the ones that you can put on the guitar by going to the cheats part, so you press the colors and all that.. When I went to the shop of Guitar Hero 3, I unlock like 4 achievements because of the cheat code.. but I don't hack the game.. so I wanna knoiw if that is ilegal.. but if you can put that cheat code is not ilegal because the game let you to do it

Nope it's fine. As long as you didn't mod or hack your gamerscore via external means it's OK.

My honest opinion is that anyone who feels the need to CHEAT to play a game doesn't deserve to play ANY game(s) on any service.

To be fair this is an unlock all cheat that's in the game being used out of laze rather than Dodgy Den in his Den of Doginess using dodgy means to unlock everything in a dodgy fashion.

Any in-game cheats (the ones that have been installed by developers) are allowed, and you will NOT be banned for using them.  What will get you banned is using cheats or hacks that need any external device or program.

I agree weith you there temhotabot I don't like cheats either about the only cheasts I'll actually allow (because there funny) are the cheats you unlock for 100% toney hawks & the only one's I'll use are big head mode & kid mode because riding round on a skateboard with the board being about the same size as your charator is just too funny not to use.  I don't agree with using cheats to complete a game if you can't do it properley don't play it I hate hackers moders & glitchers I'd like to hunt them down & force them to attend my party of torment that I will host just for them *EVIL LAUGH*
