Xbox wont load up after freeze

Right now to start this sad story.

after my xbox freezes after a game of S&D on black ops i turn off my xbox.

after that i wait 1 min and i turn on my xbox and it stops loading on XBOX 360 befor u even make it to the dash bord (it just freezes) for no reason WTF??

please help me of msg if this has happend to you.

i have the smae problem and it sometimes goes to the page just after when it has the loading rings appear but freezes there aswell.need help!!!o and i have 4gb slim(the new console)
