Xbox not showing achivemnts / theme / games and avatar

My xbox has "wiped" my achiment / themes / games and my avatar. but when i join a party everyone says that they can see it all. Ive cleared system cache a few times. When i go to play a game online i have to download the patch each time. for example call of duty, download the patch adjust the screen etc. 0% on everything. Then when i select multiplayer my rank and guns are all there fine. it also says corroupt profile on the memory settings. and when i select memory everthing is there all saved games / achivements . its a new xbox i had it in febuary! i dont understand why it does this every so offen.  Its really annoying.  any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks JackVW92

Aha!  Corrupt profile, that may do it.  Make sure you have the necessary information to recover your profile.  Delete your profile from your XBox and only your profile, then recover it.  Give it a try and see if that helps.

To recover your gamertag, you need the associated Windows Live ID and password for your Xbox LIVE account.

I'll also include a link to the Support page that walks you through the process:
