My Xbox Live Gold has expired and the card that it auto-renews on has also expired. In order to renew my membership, I have tried adding multiple payment methods on both the console itself and Xbox.com but both tell me that I'm unable to do it (the console also gives no error code). It says I have a problem with payment method--which I'm aware of-but it won't let me add any methods to apply to my membership. How can I renew my membership with a new payment method?

Same problem with me but i canceled my auto renewal last year and xbox live turned it back on to charge me without permission. Now my account is suspended and i can't remove my credit card... good thing my credit card expired before they charged me 60$ that i cant afford at the moment.
