Just finished up a mega chat with customer service about my second faulty headset and a problem with the day one controller. They wanted me to pay for the faulty hardware to be returned to them before i can get a replacement. When i asked who i can send a complaint to about this they advised the legal department which i just couldnt believe was true. I pressed them further and they gave me a link to a feedback survey.
I want to send a complaint about this to someone who will read it and reply back. Does anyone know who I can contact?
