Vulgar gamertags being available

The gamertags THAT WERE BANNED like [GT Removed] and [GT Removed] are being used now. Will Microsoft ban these tags again? For more proof look up a bad word and it can be used as a gamertag. Someone tell me whats going on.

They'll get banned end of.

If you see those tags being used, simply file a complaint against them and the user will have an FNC against him.  If the person continually changes his/her name to offensive slurs they will be banned.
