Stopping A Stalker

Block the user in question if he/she messages you, avoid him/her via console, and report him/her.

I've done all that and he's still looking out for me.  I don't even know why he's doing this because I never did anything wrong to him.  

That sucks, dude. I one time had someone stalk me because they thought I was a homosexual furry because of my gamertag. Ever hear someone beg to see your "big tiger ***" over Xbox Live? Yeah.. It's freakin' creepy. Just ignore him. You can block communications and make him an avoided player. You may have to appear offline for a little while, too.

I've done all that.  After about three days of hiding invisible and going in private games, just when I thought it was safe to come out he found me again from his Recent Players list where he must only be on very little a week but it's typical he's on everyday when I'm not inivisble and when I'm in a Pulbic game.  I don't know if he's finding out some other way when I'm on because if he's on everyday, surely I must have been removed from his Recent Players list days ago until he found me again.

Also this member thinks I'm a kid and he sent me some perverted messages that are [Mod removed] related.  I was going to contact the police but those disturbing messages have mysteriously vanished from my messages.  I believe he realised he sent me something that he shouldn't have and I believe he hacked me to delete the evidence.  It's strange why only those messages have deleted mysteriously and no others have.

i would suggest you talk to a member of the Xbox Live Enforcement Team about this. it is clearly against he XBL TOS and COC. in the mean time, just keep appearing offline and block the individual.

I would block him and definitely contact microsoft about it. There are rules against harassment in the TOS and COC.

Have you set your online status to show to friends only?  That way they will not see when your online. Invisible works the same way. I know you said you have done that but you may want to try that also. Harassment, filing a complaint, and managing communication That link has some good information on it. You may also want to PM the support agent who wrote the post.

To ease the "he hacked me" fobia, just so you know, messages drop by themsleves after a number of days. Not sure the amount but they do by themselves.

Like the guy said above......set your preferences to friends only and he shouldn't be able to see you.
