I want my money back.

The first I heard of my XBL Gold being renewed was in the confirmation email telling me you're taking my money. At this point, it's impossible to remove payment options/cancel the renewal. The last time I remember using Live was several months ago, and I have no intention of using it in the forseeable future. Basically, I want the Gold time removed from my account and my money back.

I also still can't remove my payment method.

You have to call support to hae them turn off auto-renewal and they can cancel the subscription if you want so you can remove your payment method.

Whenever you purchase gold from Xbox it does state that auto-renewal will be turned on.
