Best place to exchange games?

Where is the best place to exchange games these days?

With so many places now doing this I was wondering who gives the best prices?

I'm after L.a Noire and I'm looking to exchange Mortal Kombat and Bulletstorm. I have about £9 on my game card but Game can be Stingy with there prices.

What are your experiences with the new places I.e Asda, Argos etc that have started to do exchanges, I don't really exchange but I really want L.a Noire but I'm a bit strapped for cash.

Cheers!

I have found HMV to be good lately and they now have a handy little ipod/android  replay app that allows you to check prices before you go.

They are currently showing £12 for bulletstorm (standard edition) and £23 for Mortal Kombat.

Asda are not bad but I found HMV beat them the last 4 games I took in, although Asda tend to be cheaper for their new games so it's swings n roundabouts.

Also I would be a little wary of building up too much credit on a card with HMV - they are rumoured to be in some financial trouble so could leave you with a dud card if they go belly up.

Gamestation is a very good place to trade. As with most things though, I find it best to have maybe two or three places close to each other.  They are all competing, and have different deals.  Like I say, usually use Gamestation, but have used GAME, HMV, and CEX too.  I find CEX the best, for a straight out used game (cash) purchase.

Go to CEX online and compare what trade and cash prices they are offering.  The only problem is CEX do not sell new games but...

Grainger Games will not match, but BEAT any trade in offer.

Some local GAME shops will match Grainger Games (who, as they are matching CEX) are always offering the best prices.

That's how you trade your games in nowadays to get the best prices.

If your having another game then probably game/station if they are doing the £35 trade in. If you want cash then Cex by a mile.
