Printing preference dialog box cut off on right side
The printing preference dialog box is missing the whole right side of the box. I don't have the advanced button or the best photo option. I have contacted Epson and tried removing and installing the driver and changed the resolution. Epson says it is
an operating system issue. I have Vista Home Premium 64-bit operating system.
Yes, I mean a different version of the printer software. While many printers are natively supported by Vista, the basic driver that is being used can have limited functionality. For full function, the driver and supporting software should come from the manufacturer.
See if Epson has a full release that supports Vista. If they don't, you may need to look at getting a new printer that does.
