When I try to sync my ipod nano with my new Windows 8 system I get a WDF_violation notice and sad face on a blue screen, then my computer must be restarted. I have uninstalled iTunes and reinstalled it, so I have the latest version on my machine. However,
that didn't help. ITunes recognizes my nano, and gives me the indication that it is syncing...but the new music I purchased is not on the nano, nor are the updates to my specific playlists.
Clearly this is a Windows/Microsoft issue as my nano worked perfectly last week when I was on my old computer (Vista.)
If this is not an issue that is being, or has been addressed by Microsoft, it should be. If my nano and my Windows 8 can't talk to each other that won't be acceptable.
