English Language pack for Chinese Laptop Windows 10

I understand that you would like to download the English language pack in Windows 10.

Follow the below steps to install the English language pack.

Step 1:

1. Press Windows + I keys on the keyboard to open Settings menu.

2. Click on Time and language in settings window.

3. Click on Region and language from left navigation pane.

4. Click on Add a language (+ symbol)

5. Select English language pack.

6. Now, click on English language pack and click on Set a default button under the Region and language from left navigation pane.

Step 2:

1. Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard, select Control panel.

2. Type Language in the search bar located at the top right corner of Control panel and click on language.

3. Click on the English language pack on the Language window.

4. Click on Download and install language pack button under English language pack.

5. Enter the administrator password if prompted.

6. Click on Save button.

Have tried #1 and #2. Both don't work.

I have also done screenshots to prove it.

It says "Windows can only have 1 language pack" and "this language pack is not available", both in Chinese language.

In red is the google translation of Chinese words.

I have also deleted whole Chinese language pack, but Windows does not care. Still does not support English and gives me Chinese.

I have found some lpksetup instructions on internet and downloaded English language pack for windows 10, but it also says this language is not available in this Windows version.

Any other solutions would be appreciated.

Follow this link to download the latest language pack for Windows 10. After downloading the language pack, run it as Admin.

I get the same exact thing. Not surprising since it's the same computer. 

If Xiaomi is saving money by using a weird version of windows with no language just tell us there's nothing to be done about it so we can move on ...
