SQL Server 2014 Configuration Manager Missing after Windows 10 Upgrade

I noticed that the SQL Server Configuration Manager for my SQL Server 2014 instance went missing after I upgraded to Windows 10. To troubleshoot, I restored my system to windows 8.1 pro via a disk image backup, verified that the configuration manager was there and working in 8.1 pro and upgraded to Windows 10 again. Poof, it is missing again. Reporting Services and Analysis Services Configuration managers are fine in Windows 10. I am not the only one with this problem see:

Hello,

Please note that SQL Server 2014 requires SP1 to make it compatible with Windows 10 as explained on the following Microsoft Support article:

When you have that issue, could you try to repair SQL Server using the procedure explained on the following article:

https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/Cc646006(v=sql.120).aspx
