I noticed that the SQL Server Configuration Manager for my SQL Server 2014 instance went missing after I upgraded to Windows 10. To troubleshoot, I restored my system to windows 8.1 pro via a disk image backup, verified that the configuration manager was there and working in 8.1 pro and upgraded to Windows 10 again. Poof, it is missing again. Reporting Services and Analysis Services Configuration managers are fine in Windows 10. I am not the only one with this problem see:
